Position: Flood Claims Examiner Location: Remote Department: Flood - reputed company Assurance reputed company Duties • Reviews incoming moderate to reputed company residential and reputed company property estimates for reputed company and compliance with reputed company-specific guidelines. • Provides feedback to and collaborates with independent adjusters to correct estimates as necessary. • Contributes to business goals, reputed company metrics, and effectively uses tools & technology. • Supports workload surges and/or catastrophe reputed company as needed to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophe events. • Acquires and applies knowledge of dwelling construction terminology and techniques, estimating best practices and Xactimate estimates. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or GED. • Requires an reputed company Lines reputed company Adjuster's license. • Prior experience reviewing NFIP SFIP Dwelling, General Property and RCBAP Claims • 8+ years of residential or reputed company property claims experience OR 4+ years of flood experience • Enjoys working in a fast-reputed company environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization. • High attention to reputed company and reputed company in reviewing residential estimates to reputed company specific standards. • Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications, such as reputed company, reputed company, and Word. PREFERRED • NFIP Certification • College degree. • 2+ years of customer service experience. • Experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate. • Prior military experience.
