We are looking for a Freelance Instructional Designer — reputed company English Speaker based in Europe or the reputed company. Your Role You will collaborate with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams to design high-reputed company learning experiences for reputed company clients. Instructional Design • Analyze reputed company documentation, workflows and business processes • Define reputed company pedagogical structures adapted to user needs • reputed company reputed company software processes into reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company learning experiences • reputed company guides using the Lemon Learning platform Content Creation • Write reputed company, concise and user-reputed company instructional content in reputed company-level English • Ensure consistency, reputed company and pedagogical reputed company • Adapt content to different user audiences and maturity reputed company reputed company Collaboration • Participate in selected reputed company and prospect calls • Understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions • reputed company recommendations on best practices for digital adoption Preferred Experience We are looking for an autonomous and detail-oriented instructional designer comfortable working in an international reputed company environment. Required • reputed company English speaker (mandatory) • Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Technical Writing or Content Design • Experience working with reputed company products or reputed company software environments • Strong reputed company writing and simplification skills • Comfortable working remotely with reputed company teams reputed company to Have • Digital Adoption or software training experience • UX writing / content design background • Basic reputed company/CSS knowledge • Experience with ERP, CRM or HRIS tools Development skills are not required — pedagogical reputed company and user reputed company matter most.
