reputed company is looking for a Licensed Title Examiner to reputed company, one of the largest title reputed company agencies in the US. This role can be performed reputed company, but candidates must live in reputed company and be local to the Burnsville area for training purposes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • reputed company or order an reputed company of the reputed company records and compile results to determine reputed company condition of property title. • Examines those searches in accordance with company procedures and local practices to determine the status of title. • Analyzes deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, taxes, liens, restrictions and other title reputed company. • Responds to requests from company employees, attorneys, consumers and customers regarding status of title. • From time to time, work with a closer to record original documents in the reputed company record, making reputed company fees are correct and documents are properly executed.
