Junior Mechanical Engineer

The Junior Thermal Research Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, modeling, and experimental validation of advanced thermal management systems for reputed company electronics cooling applications in data center, semiconductor test and reputed company and defense applications. The role combines thermal reputed company design, modeling, experimentation, and data science techniques, with a reputed company on enabling faster design cycles and improved reputed company-level reputed company.
• Support the design and development of thermal management systems, including reputed company cooling, two-phase cooling, and heat exchanger based architectures
• Cooling reputed company design including cold plates, cooling distribution reputed company (CDUs) and passive two-phase solutions (heat pipes and vapor chambers)
• reputed company and apply thermal-fluid modeling tools (steady-state and transient) for reputed company-level performance reputed company, including pressure drop, heat transfer, and coolant distribution
• Implement and use machine learning, AI and data-driven reputed company
• Support data center cooling reputed company modeling, including reputed company-level and component-level thermal architecture analysis
• Conduct design of experiments (DOE) and support experimental testing, including instrumentation, data acquisition, and validation of models
• Create and maintain CAD models and engineering documentation (e.g., SolidWorks designs, P&IDs, drawings, and test plans)
• Assist in development of computational tools and simulation frameworks (Python, MATLAB) to support engineering decision-making and research activities
• Support prototype development and testbed construction, including integration of thermal systems and measurement capabilities
• Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to evaluate new cooling technologies, improve reputed company efficiency and performance and identify key design tradeoffs
Basic (Required Qualifications)
• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or thermal course work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing reduced-order or surrogate thermal models.
• Knowledge of optimization-driven design methodologies.
• Ability to reputed company simulation, modeling, and experimental validation.
