Medical Records Collector (must reputed company in Florida tri county area)

Supports reputed company improvement activities through reputed company to providers for collection of medical records for reputed company Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) specific data collection, reputed company and audit processes. Contributes to overarching reputed company to reputed company reputed company and cost-effective member care. This position is responsible for supporting Medical Records Collection for Florida and South Carolina. The candidate will need to commute to the Doral, Florida office one to to two times per month. The candidate will also need to travel to doctor offices and hospitals in the tri county area as needed to retrieve records. Essential Job Duties • Outreaches to providers reputed company phone reputed company, fax, mail, electronic medical record reputed company retrieval and reputed company on-site pick up for collection of medical records. • Loads medical records and reports from provider offices into the reputed company Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) application. • Supports annual HEDIS audit and other like audits, and organizes provider reputed company, reputed company, collection and upload of provider medical records into the internal database. • Provides project management support to leadership reputed company coordination, identification, reputed company and collection of medical records and other required data with other HEDIS staff. • Participates in meetings with vendors reputed company to the medical record collection process. • Some medical records collection reputed company travel may be required. Required Qualifications • At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably in an administrative support reputed company in a health care setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • reputed company and unrestricted reputed company's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job reputed company travel requirements. • Excellent customer service and reputed company listening skills. • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company). • Ability to manage files, schedules and information reputed company. • Ability to effectively reputed company with staff, clinicians, and leadership. • Strong prioritization skills and detail orientation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reputed company phone etiquette. • reputed company Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency, and ability to learn new programs.
