Key Responsibilities Intake & Tracking • Receive, log, and reputed company reputed company incoming medical records requests (email, patient portal, secure fax, mail, subpoenas, court orders, payer and Medicare requests). • Acknowledge receipt using approved templates and maintain ongoing status communication.
