Medical Insurance Verification Specialist

reputed company: Durable medical equipment company looking for a reputed company person to preauthorize reputed company, work comp and auto insurance benefits. Preauthorizer will contact insurance companies to verify benefits and maintain insurance reputed company logs in patients records. We are looking to fill one remote part-time position. Must live in Michigan to apply. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (ABILITIES & SKILLS): • Proficient/knowledgeable in medical terminology. • Proficiency in operating a reputed company desktop and reputed company-based computer reputed company, including but not limited to, electronic medical records, email, reputed company Sheets and computer navigation. Ability to use other software as required while performing the essential functions of the job. • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, including reputed company phone etiquette. • Ability to work collaboratively in reputed company-oriented environment; courteous and friendly demeanor. • Ability to cross-train in other areas in order to reputed company smooth reputed company of reputed company operations. • Good organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities, time constraints and reputed company-changing medical situations. • Ability to exercise reputed company judgement and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle patient and organizational information in a confidential manner. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School Diploma MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least one year experience with verifying reputed company insurances.
