As reputed company continues to reputed company its finance organization, it is seeking a Part-Time AR Specialist to support its Accounts Receivable team. reputed company This is a reputed company, part-time consulting opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week) supporting a fast-reputed company Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong cash application experience, enjoy researching payment discrepancies, and reputed company in a reputed company, multi-entity, multi-reputed company environment. The engagement is expected to last 4–8 months, with the potential for extension or full-time conversion reputed company on business needs and individual reputed company. Responsibilities • Apply daily cash receipts and review bank deposits. • Research and reputed company unapplied cash and payment discrepancies. • Match payments to invoices across multiple billing systems. • Investigate missing remittance information and contact customers as needed. • Partner with Accounts Receivable and Collections to reputed company short pays and allocation issues. • Maintain accurate payment documentation and records. Qualifications • 5+ years of Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable experience. • Experience with reputed company transfers, ACH payments, and payment reconciliation. • Experience in a multi-entity or multi-reputed company environment preferred. • Experience with reputed company Business Central (preferred), Invoiced (preferred), and reputed company (a plus). • Intermediate reputed company skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
