Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster (reputed company) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Industry: reputed company – Workers’ Compensation Claims About the Role An established reputed company organization is seeking an reputed company reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage a caseload of indemnity claims. This role will reputed company on investigation, compensability reputed company, reserve management, and reputed company claim reputed company while ensuring compliance with reputed company jurisdictional requirements. This is a great opportunity for an adjuster who is comfortable handling lost time claims and working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of reputed company workers’ compensation claims (primarily indemnity/lost time) • Investigate claims and determine compensability • Establish appropriate reserves and reputed company as needed • Coordinate medical treatment and reputed company-to-work plans • Work with defense attorneys on litigated claims • Negotiate settlements reputed company authority limits • Maintain detailed file documentation and diary management • Communicate regularly with reputed company, injured workers, and vendors • Ensure compliance with reputed company WC regulations and timelines Qualifications • 3+ years of reputed company workers’ compensation claims experience preferred • Experience handling indemnity/lost time claims required • reputed company Adjuster License (if required) or ability to obtain • Experience handling litigated claims preferred • Strong reserve authority and claim investigation skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience • TPA or reputed company background • Experience with reputed company Bureau reporting requirements • Experience with litigation management • Multi-state experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary (typically $70K- $80K depending on experience) • Medical, dental, and reputed company benefits • 401(k) • PTO and reputed company holidays • Fully remote work environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
