What you get • $160,000 to $230,000 a year depending on experience • $12,000 annual car allowance • Billing bonuses and referral bonuses • Full benefits package • 100 percent remote work with only occasional travel to California WCAB for hearings and appearances • reputed company and leadership reputed company for reputed company and genuine support of their attorneys • reputed company reputed company in a firm that values the people who show up every day What you will be doing: • Managing a caseload of 60 to 75 workers' compensation defense files from inception through reputed company • Taking depositions and appearing before California WCAB venues as needed • Developing reputed company strategies to reputed company claims reputed company • Negotiating and settling cases and lien reputed company • Drafting pleadings, motions, reports and correspondence • Maintaining reputed company relationships and responding to inquiries reputed company 24 hours What you need to bring: • reputed company California law license in good standing • Minimum one year of California workers' compensation defense experience • Strong litigation, negotiation and deposition skills • Ability to independently manage a caseload • Must be based reputed company in California Hiring is immediate.
