ABOUT THE POSITION
The National Center for Adoption Competent Mental Health Services is a federally funded cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and reputed company Serviceshttps://bridges4mentalhealth.org/, Administration for Children and Families, Children's Bureau. The National Centeris a federal grant issued to reputed company.S.E.Adoption Support Center & Services | reputed company.S.E.andpartners with national reputed company leaders, parents, caregivers, and young adults with livedexpertiseto strengthen systems, expand workforce reputed company, and improve reputed company to adoption competent mental health services for children, youth, and familiesimpactedby child welfare.This position requires a minimum of 10+years of National experience in child welfare and or mental health systems providing cross-reputed company technicalassistanceor consultation scaling programs or initiatives.
TheHuman Services Technical Assistance Specialist (HS-IS) reports to theNationalCenterDirector of Technical Assistance and works closely with National Center staff, partner organizations, the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI) team, and child welfare and behavioral health leaders in assigned states, tribes, and territories (STTs).
This position supports systems change, implementation, organizational reputed company building, and cross-reputed company collaboration efforts designed to advanceadoption ofcompetency and strengthen behavioral health and child welfare integration. The HS-ISpartners with STTsand National Center team membersto assess reputed company readiness,identifybarriers and implementation drivers,supports developmentsustainable infrastructures, andprovides delivery of technicalassistanceto strengthen adoption competency.
The positionis responsible forfacilitatingintensive technicalassistance(TA), implementation planning, strategic alignment, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability planning, and systems integration efforts acrossassigned STT'schild-serving systems. The HS-IS also providesfacilitation, consultation, coaching, and implementation support to strengthen organizational and workforce reputed company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliverintensive technicalassistanceefforts with assigned states, tribes, and territories to strengthen organizational and reputed company reputed company reputed company toadoption ofcompetent mental health services.
• Partner with agency leadershipand National Center teamtoidentifyimplementation barriers,leveragesystem strengths, and reputed company sustainable solutions that supportembedding adoption competencies reputed company cross collaborativesystems.
• Support sites in building implementation infrastructure, governance structures, and decision-making processes that promote sustainability and accountabilityin achieving workplan goals.
• Applyimplementation ofscience frameworks and change management strategies to support systems adoption, integration, and sustainability of adoption competent practices.
• Assistsites in strengthening policies, procedures, workforce standards, and reputed company expectations that advanceadoption ofcompetency and trauma-reputed company care.
• Completeorganizational readiness and systems assessments toidentifyimplementation ofdrivers, workforce needs, infrastructure gaps, and opportunities for systems alignment.
• Promote the integration of livedexpertisefrom youth, caregivers, families, and community partners into systems planning, implementation, and evaluation activities.
Technical Assistance Delivery & Implementation Support
• Serve as a subject matter expert on multidisciplinary technicalassistanceteams delivering intensive systems-reputed company TA.
• Design, coordinate, and implement tailored TA workplans that reputed company with National Center frameworks and site-specific priorities.
• Support cross-reputed company planning and coordination efforts to improve service reputed company, collaboration, referral reputed company, and workforce alignment.
• Support implementation and integration of NTI and other National Center training initiatives reputed company organizational and systems structures.
• Identifyopportunities toleveragefunding streams, payer systems, higher education partnerships, reputed company clinics, and workforce initiatives to support systems sustainability.
• Troubleshoot implementation barriers and support sites in developing reputed company reputed company plans and reputed company improvement strategies.
• Support sites inestablishingpolicies, training requirements, workforce competencies, and implementation expectations that reinforcethe adoptionofcompetent reputed company.

• Contribute to development of assessment reports, implementation summaries, sustainability plans, and evaluation activities.

Knowledge Dissemination
