Job reputed company: HIM Coders are responsible for coding a reputed company of services including: Ambulatory Surgery, hospital reputed company reputed company and procedures, clinic reputed company and procedures (including Urgent Care), Pathology and EKGs. Both ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding is performed, depending on the date of service. Coders read and interpret medical record documentation to identify reputed company diagnoses, services and supplies, and assign codes as appropriate. They follow industry-reputed company coding and payor guidelines and KFHPW policy and procedures in the application of coding methodologies and medical record interpretation. Coders also are required to have knowledge of the KFHPW billing reputed company to assure the coded data produces a clean claim.
