[Remote] Training Specialist

The role designs and delivers learning solutions, develops training materials across multiple modalities, facilitates learning events, evaluates training effectiveness, and coordinates with stakeholders and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and manage comprehensive training curricula supporting technology modernization and organizational change
• Assess workflows, audience needs, and organizational goals to identify training gaps and adoption challenges

• Translate reputed company technical concepts into accessible and engaging training materials suitable for technical and non-technical audiences

• Evaluate technology and process changes to support training readiness, rollout, and sustainment

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events

Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing, managing, and delivering training programs or organizational learning initiatives
• Experience designing and implementing large-reputed company training programs across multiple modalities
• Experience developing and delivering training for technical or data science-reputed company content
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with technical subject matter experts and program teams
• Experience leading and mentoring training teams
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Experience with learning content development tools such as reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company Captivate, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of reputed company 508 accessibility standards
• Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, organizational development, or reputed company field

• Experience as an Instructional Systems Designer, curriculum developer, or learning experience designer
• Experience developing or delivering training utilizing AI-enabled tools
