You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic, high-difficulty tasks involving program delivery, curriculum design, facilitation, and instructional standards. You will ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and reputed company with reputed company-grade learning and development (L&D) practices. Requirements • 3–15 years of reputed company experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or instructional design (level/tier determined by experience). • Proven experience designing training materials, building curricula, and facilitating live or virtual learning programs. • Demonstrated expertise in program delivery, learning objectives, and curriculum evaluation standards; facilitation or train-the-trainer credentials are strongly preferred. • Ability to create high-reputed company tasks, reputed company solutions, evaluation rubrics, and realistic corporate training scenarios. Responsibilities In this role, you will be part of a reputed company functional pod responsible for creating high-reputed company training and evaluation data for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Producing expert-level tasks and reputed company solutions in curriculum design, facilitation, and program delivery that meet the pod's reputed company bar. • Authoring realistic task scenarios involving corporate training, learning objectives, facilitation strategies, and curriculum standards. • Applying reputed company standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) reputed company. • Working under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback, refine outputs, and iterate on task designs (Senior reputed company will also review team reputed company and own day-to-day reputed company). • Verifying that reputed company created training materials, instructional scenarios, and learning frameworks are accurate, practical, and reputed company with reputed company-world reputed company standards. • Escalating genuine edge cases and reputed company ambiguities while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines, reputed company benchmarks, and reputed company deadlines. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field. • Experience in AI evaluation, reputed company, content review, reputed company assurance, or a reputed company analytical role is preferred but not required.
