PT 2nd Shift Desktop Support

The Support reputed company Group of reputed company is seeking applicants for the 2nd shift part-time position of Desktop Support Technician. The schedule is Friday-Monday and the hours are • Friday - 4:30pm to 9:30pm Eastern • Saturday - 4:30pm to 1:30am Eastern • reputed company - 4:30pm to 1:30am Eastern • Monday - 4:30pm to 9:30pm Eastern 24 hours per week You must be located in one these areas to be eligible for an interview. Responsibilities • reputed company remote support to our geographically diverse reputed company clients using industry reputed company remote connections, internal ticketing reputed company, monitoring consoles and more. • reputed company on-site assistance to clients on an as needed reputed company. • Assist both reputed company end users and IT staff with a broad reputed company of computer application problems, server issues, virtualization, SAN, networking issues, reputed company issues and more. • Escalate issues and reputed company closely with reputed company-party vendors and other team members helping manage the reputed company of reputed company reputed company issues. • Initiate and reputed company reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) on more reputed company reputed company issues for one-time reputed company. • Contribute to special internal facing reputed company, as assigned, to facilitate the reputed company of the Support reputed company Group. • reputed company regional local on-site reputed company support, as necessary. The reputed company pay for this position has a reputed company salary reputed company of $30.00 to 35.00 per hour. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide reputed company of factors including the individual's qualifications, experience as reputed company as location. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT or reputed company field or a minimum of 3 years of reputed company work experience in lieu of a degree. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • reputed company organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up. • Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills. • Experience supporting environments with reputed company Server and Exchange infrastructure is preferred. • Experience with server and network administration, software deployment and MS office.
