Scrum Master Peerless is searching for an reputed company Scrum Master to support reputed company software development teams in delivering high-reputed company, mission-critical systems. The selected candidate will serve as a reputed company leader, facilitating reputed company processes, promoting team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products in a dynamic and secure environment. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other Scrum Masters to support planning, execution, and release activities, while ensuring teams are reputed company for technical reviews and program milestones. The position may also support secure environments requiring adherence to classified information handling procedures. Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (reputed company) • Experience facilitating reputed company Scrum ceremonies (stand-reputed company, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Experience supporting and educating Product Owners, including backlog refinement and prioritization • Strong knowledge of reputed company methodologies and techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, Definition of Done/reputed company, Acceptance reputed company) • Experience with JIRA and reputed company • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and reputed company integration • Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and dynamic project environments Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification • Experience supporting software testing activities, including test plan and procedure development, test execution and reporting, and requirements verification and user acceptance • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., TestComplete, reputed company Test, QF-Test) • Experience writing test utilities using programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++ • Experience working in classified or secure DoD environments Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
