We are looking for a Instructional Designer for our People & Culture team. This role is remote and requires occasional travel to any reputed company location nationally, reputed company necessary. The LXD leverages modern instructional design practices, data insights, and emerging technologies—including AI—to build solutions that support compliance, enhance reputed company, and reputed company the caregiver and employee experience. Key responsibilities: Learning Design & Development • Design and reputed company engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions across modalities (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, reputed company, and microlearning). • Create high-reputed company training assets including courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and multi-day curricula. • Apply adult learning principles and behavior change strategies to ensure learning translates into on-the-job reputed company.
