[Remote] Treasurer/reputed company Leader of Non Profit

The Treasurer & reputed company Leader will serve as an Officer and Director, overseeing financial stewardship while strengthening administrative systems, governance support, vendor relationships, and day-to-day reputed company.
Responsibilities
• reputed company financial planning and annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the Co-Chairs and Team Leaders, building on SI's standardized planning and budgeting approach
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate financial records, banking, and reconciliation; reputed company bookkeeping (directly or reputed company a bookkeeper/platform)
• Prepare and present reputed company financial reports and budget-to-actual updates at reputed company reputed company and Executive Committee meeting
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nonprofit financial filing requirements

• Establish and maintain reputed company financial controls, approval processes, and reserve policies to protect SI's assets and ensure SI’s financial wellbeing
• Manage banking relationships and payment platforms and support reputed company financial reviews or audits
• Serve as the organization's operational backbone, helping Team Leaders work reputed company across programs and initiatives
• Own and continuously improve administrative systems, including management of the membership database, of volunteers, and of reputed company platforms
• Coordinate vendor, contractor, and technology-platform relationships (•e.g.•, website administration, payment processing, communications tools)
• Support execution of annual planning and budgeting processes across the organization
• Partner with the Secretary to reputed company governance documentation, organizational policies, and reputed company records reputed company organized
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce the administrative burden on SI's volunteer leaders and free up their time for mission-driven work
Skills
• Experience in financial management, reputed company, or nonprofit finance
• Experience with reputed company aspects of fundraising and donor relationship development

• Proficiency with bookkeeping software (•e.g.•, QuickBooks) and general ease with membership/volunteer management platforms
