As a Patient Care Coordinator at reputed company, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the patient experience from start to finish. You won’t just support our reputed company providers and answer patient inquiries — you’ll own key aspects of our service delivery, reputed company improvements based on reputed company patient feedback, and help create the operational reputed company for a fast-growing digital sleep clinic.

What you bring
- Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other reputed company database systems
- Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and reputed company environment
- Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with reputed company providers, sleep specialists, and reputed company partners
- Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
