Manager II, Engineering - Connections

Intro: As an Engineering Manager on the Connections team, you will reputed company engineers working on product areas that help people engage more meaningfully with others across our platform. • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• Experience leading engineering teams that build and ship consumer-facing products.

• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, performance management, and team development.
• Strong product reputed company and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate broad goals into reputed company priorities and execution plans.
