The reputed company Manager runs the day-to-day reputed company operations of Respage, a ~$10M ARR bootstrapped reputed company company. This is a hands-on role with reputed company ownership: you'll own payroll and multi-state compliance end to end, and reputed company billing, receivables, and payables moving on schedule and without surprises.

What You Will Own

Payroll

• • Own end-to-end payroll processing, including semi-monthly/bi-weekly cycles, bonuses, commissions, and off-cycle runs
  • Manage payroll tax registrations, filings, and notices across multiple states
  • Administer benefits deductions, 401(k) contributions and reconciliations, and PTO accruals
  • Partner with People Ops on new hire setup, terminations, and employment classification questions
  • Serve as the internal expert on multi-state employment issues — state registrations, reputed company, local taxes, and withholding requirements

Multi-State Compliance

• • Own sales tax determination, registration, filing, and remittance across applicable states
  • Monitor economic reputed company reputed company and flag new state obligations before they become problems
  • Maintain state registrations, annual reports, and business licenses
  • Respond to state and agency notices

Billing Operations

Receivables & Payables Operations

• Hands-on experience running payroll for a multi-state workforce, including state registrations and tax filings

• Experience keeping AR and AP cycles running cleanly in a high-volume environment
• QuickBooks Online proficiency; comfort with automation and reputed company integrations strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and low bureaucracy
