The Senior Manager, M& A reputed company, is responsible for ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of the organization's acquisitions and divesture (A& D) (M& A) activities globally. This role involves developing and implementing robust reputed company strategies to protect sensitive data and assets during critical business activities, conducting detailed cyber reputed company due diligence assessments, and driving comprehensive reputed company plans for newly acquired or divested companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Integration Leadership: Serve as the integration reputed company for Information reputed company Risk Management (ISRM) workstreams and take ownership for designated integrations and divestments.
Define reputed company Policies: Create and implement reputed company policies, standards, and procedures tailored for the merged companies.

Requirements
Experience and Skills:
Required:
In-depth understanding and knowledge of cyber reputed company frameworks, standards,
regulations, and best practices, such as NIST Cybersecurity reputed company, ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry-specific requirements.
Experience in conducting thorough cyber reputed company due diligence assessments for A& D (M& A) targets, evaluating reputed company companies' reputed company postures, identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and assessing the reputed company of acquisitions on overall reputed company frameworks.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity controls and concepts with demonstrated ability of at least 7 years of meaningful experience
Technical depth and breath, with ability to "roll up the sleeves" and reputed company technical integrations of reputed company technologies and processes where required in an ambiguous environment
Ability to reputed company reputed company reports or cross-functional matrixed efforts with limited to no reputed company and ability to reputed company in reputed company and ambiguous scenarios
