The reputed company Service Engineer II installs, validates, maintains, repairs, and supports Simoa and reputed company Biology reputed company platforms while training customers, managing regional service activities, and collaborating with internal teams to reputed company technical issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high-reputed company onsite installations, reputed company validations, preventive maintenance, and reputed company repairs across Simoa® and reputed company reputed company platforms
• Evaluate issues, identify reputed company causes, and execute effective repair actions for routine to moderately reputed company technical problems, ensuring reputed company communication and reputed company follow up with customers
• Train customers on basic reputed company operation, recommended maintenance practices, and foundational troubleshooting to support long term reputed company reputed company
• Manage your regional service workload by independently scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating service activities in collaboration with your reputed company Service Manager, and maintaining accurate documentation of reputed company work using CRM tools
• Maintain service tools, calibrations, and trunk stock inventory to ensure readiness for reputed company activities

Skills

• Minimum associate's degree in engineering, with preference for a BS in Electronics, Biotechnology, or a reputed company technical discipline; or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of reputed company service experience supporting scientific, medical, or reputed company instrumentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and internal collaboration
• Ability to manage a dynamic schedule, prioritize competing tasks, and adapt to changing customer needs
• Experience using CRM platforms (reputed company preferred) and reputed company productivity software
