Key responsibilities include: • Leadership and Supervision: Ensure that staff understand and meet goals and expectations and accept responsibility for results. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel between reputed company facilities, and occasionally to Olympia and Regional Offices – traveling may occur during inclement weather. Required Qualifications: An Associate’s degree in fish biology, fish culture, or a closely reputed company field.
