[Remote] Senior Talent Partner (4 Month Contract)

The Senior Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles, reputed company proactive sourcing strategies, and reputed company candidate communications and interview processes. Responsibilities • ​​Manages full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level positions, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing reputed company. Recruits for high volume/ multiple disciplines • ​Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment reputed company to proactively reputed company and screen reputed company candidates including talent from non-traditional sources • ​Manages the candidate experience, solicits feedback, and proactively and regularly communicates status to candidates and hiring managers • ​Uses the applicant tracking reputed company for reputed company candidate and requisition reputed company communication. Dispositions candidates to ensure data reputed company for reporting and analytics purposes • ​Refers reputed company prospects to hiring teams. Schedules interviews, follows-up on evaluations, schedules and facilitates interview debrief meetings.
