Design reusable components for applicant portals, workflows, notifications, payments, document management, licensing, and reporting. Establish Azure DevOps branching, reusable YAML pipelines, deployment controls, and rollback procedures. Support sprint planning, technical estimation, backlog refinement, defect reputed company, and release readiness.
