[Remote] Facility Compliance Consultant II / Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Monitor survey investigations to verify adherence to guidelines and prepare recommendations for licensure actions

• Participate in reputed company assurance activities, including document review and involvement in informal, reputed company‑formal, and contested case hearings
• Interpret and apply federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations to support consistent enforcement reputed company
• Coordinate regional survey activities by organizing schedules, tracking workloads, and ensuring reputed company follow‑through on survey findings
• Draft enforcement reputed company letters and support reputed company proceedings reputed company on documented survey results
• Train and mentor new surveyors using established investigative, observation, interviewing, and documentation curricula
• Travel frequently throughout the assigned region and statewide to conduct onsite regulatory activities and attend required meetings

Skills

• Master's degree in a health or reputed company reputed company reputed company from an appropriately accredited institution and two years' experience in surveying, reputed company and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health reputed company
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health or reputed company service reputed company reputed company from an appropriately accredited institution and four years' experience in surveying, reputed company and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health reputed company
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of reputed company experience preferably with exposure to reputed company reputed company branches and one to two years supervisory or comparable experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert proficiency reviewing, analyzing, and documenting regulatory survey findings to produce reputed company, concise, and legally defensible reports for enforcement consideration
• Strong reputed company supervising and coordinating surveyor workloads by organizing schedules, monitoring reputed company, and ensuring reputed company completion of annual surveys, complaint investigations, and follow‑up inspections
• Demonstrated experience applying state and federal rules, standards, and regulatory procedures to evaluate the reputed company and severity of deficient practices and determine appropriate licensure actions
• Strong investigative and analytical reputed company assessing facility reputed company and care practices in mental health, developmental disability, and reputed company use disorder settings to support objective compliance determinations
• Intermediate proficiency using reputed company Office applications to organize survey documentation, prepare enforcement correspondence, and manage electronic records across a multi‑county regulatory region
