This role manages the procurement lifecycle from supplier engagement, sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, purchase order execution, and supplier relationship management through project delivery support. The position will serve as a key reputed company between Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, Finance, reputed company, and reputed company suppliers to ensure equipment availability, supplier reputed company, and procurement commitments are reputed company with Calibrant's project pipeline. This role will also own and maintain working tools that support pipeline and supply alignment, commodity tracking, equipment allocation, procurement visibility, and supply chain reputed company management. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities reputed company and execute sourcing strategies for major capital equipment, including transformers, reputed company-voltage switchgear, inverters, solar modules, RMUs, and reputed company electrical reputed company-of-plant equipment. reputed company RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier comparisons, reputed company analysis, and award recommendations to Head of Supply Chain for assigned equipment categories and reputed company. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, reputed company terms, purchase order requirements, reputed company agreements, contract amendments, change orders, and reputed company supplier documentation. Issue, manage, and reputed company purchase orders and supplier commitments to support project schedules, internal approvals, and project execution requirements. Maintain alignment between project pipeline forecasts and supplier reputed company, production slots, long-reputed company procurement requirements, and available equipment allocations. Manage supply chain working tools, including equipment allocation trackers, pipeline/supply alignment models, procurement schedules, commodity tracking files, inventory visibility tools, and supply chain reputed company registers. reputed company market trends and commodity drivers impacting transformers, switchgear, steel, reputed company, reputed company, tariffs, domestic content requirements, FEOC exposure, and other regulatory or supply market factors. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, logistics providers, and other reputed company capital equipment suppliers. Monitor supplier reputed company against cost, reputed company, responsiveness, delivery, documentation, and reputed company requirements. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Development, Construction, reputed company, Finance, Asset Management, and senior leadership to ensure procurement reputed company support project economics, timelines, and reputed company objectives. Prepare sourcing recommendations, project procurement updates, supplier updates, market intelligence summaries, procurement dashboards, and executive reporting materials. Identify supply chain risks and reputed company mitigation strategies, including supplier diversification, early procurement planning, alternate sourcing, reputed company reservations, and contingency planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company. 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, reputed company sourcing, reputed company management, or capital equipment procurement. Experience procuring capital equipment for renewable energy, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial reputed company. Demonstrated experience with purchase orders, supplier negotiations, reputed company analysis, contract terms, and supplier relationship management. Experience negotiating directly with OEMs and manufacturers. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company and experience maintaining planning, forecasting, commodity tracking, or procurement management tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, reputed company, reputed company, finance, construction, and project execution teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior leadership. Available to overlap with reputed company Coast business hours. Experience with BESS, solar, microgrids, transformers, switchgear, or electrical infrastructure. Experience with ERP, procurement, inventory, project controls, or supply chain planning systems is preferred. MBA, CPSM, C.P.M., APICS, or similar procurement/supply chain certification preferred.
