[Remote] Loss Control Consultant

Responsibilities

• Recording onsite observations, taking measurements and photos in accordance with reputed company-specific requirements
• Identifying building and roof construction type, reputed company footage, potential hazards
• reputed company completion of assignments/reports according to due dates
• Communicating regularly with reputed company Manager to complete inspections in the most cost effective and efficient manner
• Coordinating the time and date of the inspection meeting the insured representative onsite
• Preparing and reporting inspection results, uploading photos and preparing diagrams on an ongoing reputed company

Skills

• Minimum 2 years' experience working with other Loss Control Service Providers or Major reputed company Carriers
• Comprehensive understanding of reputed company reputed company lines - primarily Property, General Liability and Inland Marine
• Ability to identify building construction and ISO classes
• Broad understanding of reputed company codes
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Exceptional writing ability, organizational skills and computer skills
