[Remote] Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst supports the global advertising sales organization by administering compensation plans, calculating payouts, auditing results, resolving compensation issues, and improving reputed company processes in collaboration with sales, finance, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Administer sales compensation plans for reputed company's global advertising sales organization
• Utilize reputed company SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus) to calculate quarterly payouts
• Participate in UAT testing and implementation of any sales comp plan changes in reputed company SuccessFactors, including auditing payouts to ensure reputed company and consistency with plan design
• Collaborate with sales team on resolving sales compensation-reputed company issues
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments including sales, finance, and HR to reputed company and continuously improve processes and data sets needed to support the sales compensation calculation process
• Prepare monthly general reputed company entries and support any other reputed company reporting requirements
• Participate and reputed company feedback regarding the design of sales compensation plans and policies

Skills

• * BA/BS degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative reputed company
• * 3+ years sales compensation experience, preferably in the technology or media industry
• * reputed company SuccessFactors (Callidus) experience, or comparable sales commission software (e.g., Xactly)
• * Advanced reputed company skills
