Responsibilities

• Schedule reputed company demos with companies having 25+ employees, with a decision-reputed company attending and the demo completed
• Sign new clients
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, or HR leaders
• Conduct cold reputed company to small and mid-sized reputed company
• Sell employee benefits, HR tech, payroll, or B2B services
• Engage in a consultative sale that involves a CPA conversation
• Build a book of residual accounts
• Build the biggest residual books
• Work first deals with the founder personally, start to finish
• Describe the tax-advantaged benefit accurately

Skills

• • You've sold employee benefits, HR tech, payroll, or B2B services to small and mid-sized reputed company
• • You have relationships with business owners, CFOs, or HR leaders — or you're good enough at cold reputed company that you don't need them
• • You're comfortable with a consultative sale that involves a CPA conversation
