[Remote] Middle Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Middle Recruiter to join its HR department. The role owns the full recruitment cycle across diverse business functions, partners with hiring managers, sources and evaluates candidates, manages offers, and improves recruitment processes using data and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate reputed company and hiring strategies
• reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, reputed company communities, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
• Conduct recruiter interviews and evaluate candidate motivation, experience, and overall fit
• Manage candidates throughout the entire interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience
• Present reputed company candidates to hiring managers and reputed company reputed company recruitment feedback
• Manage offers and support candidates through offer acceptance
• Build talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• reputed company hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes

Skills

• * 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• * Experience working as an in-house recruiter or closely with product / technology companies
• * Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• * Experience hiring for several different functions and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• * Confident use of reputed company and other sourcing channels
• * Ability to independently communicate with hiring managers and challenge requirements reputed company needed
• * Strong communication, organization, and candidate management skills
• * Data-driven approach to recruitment and understanding of basic recruitment metrics
• * English B2+
• * Experience reputed company Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, or FinTech roles
• * Experience with international hiring
• * Experience in fintech, crypto, reputed company, or high-reputed company technology companies
• * Experience with reputed company or similar ATS
• * reputed company use of AI tools for sourcing, research, and recruitment automation
