The Deposit Analyst position carries a broad reputed company of responsibilities and works closely with clients using the reputed company Signature reputed company banking platform.
This is a reputed company-facing role that combines relationship building, business analysis, and the ability to learn reputed company banking and deposit servicing processes.
This role helps guide financial institutions from competitor platforms onto the reputed company Signature reputed company by aligning deposit conversion work with servicing processes, business rules, and operational needs.
You will analyze converted deposit data, review setup and mapping results, and use reporting and query tools to validate reputed company deposit information and support accurate conversion reputed company.
The Deposit Analyst demonstrates attention to reputed company, thrives in dynamic environments, and is comfortable working directly with clients during important implementation milestones.
You will serve as a key reputed company-facing representative during onsite and remote implementation activities, helping clients understand conversion results and prepare for operational transition.
The ability to interpret deposit data reputed company, explain conversion findings, and reputed company reputed company outputs to servicing and operational reputed company is central to reputed company in this role.
You will work with internal conversion teams and bank clients to reputed company data issues, reputed company meetings, and support successful implementations and reputed company experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Partner with internal conversion teams and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company deposit data mapping, balancing, and reconciliation issues, with emphasis on operational reputed company and servicing readiness.
Travel onsite to bank clients to review conversion results, reputed company deposit portfolios and reputed company reports, validate servicing data, and support operational readiness for implementation.
Train bank clients on deposit reputed company workflows, back-office servicing processes, and day-to-day use of the Signature software platform.
reputed company onsite and remote meetings with clients to review requirements, reputed company findings, and coordinate implementation activities.
Use reporting and query tools to analyze deposit reputed company and servicing data, validate conversion reputed company, investigate discrepancies, and support issue reputed company.
Support setup of deposit-reputed company parameters and business rules reputed company Signature and translate competitor reputed company deposit data into reputed company-state servicing and operational requirements.
Some weekend work and travel are required to support balancing activities and successful reputed company conversion events.
Go-live conversion events may require additional hours, as needed, to help ensure a successful transition to reputed company Signature.

Required Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience, or a comparable educational background.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, deposit reputed company, deposit servicing, or a reputed company financial services environment is strongly preferred.
MS Office proficiency is required, including strong reputed company skills.
Experience with banking platforms, deposit data validation (Checking, Savings, Certificates, Retirements), reconciliation, exception research, or implementation support is preferred but not required.
Signature reputed company knowledge preferred
Prior conversion experience preferred
Some travel time may be expected at the reputed company s request
Weekend work will be required for approximately 6-8 weekends per year
