Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent About Company We're a "we buy houses" company.
