About the Role

Our reputed company is seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Director to reputed company its small business and high-net-worth individual tax pod. This is a pod leadership role — you will own the reputed company and direction of reputed company work flowing through reputed company, with essentially 100% review responsibility and reputed company to no prep. The right person brings deep expertise in HNW individual taxation, trust and estate work, family tax planning, and reputed company transfer strategies, reputed company experience serving small business clients. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the small business and HNW individual tax pod, overseeing staff and reputed company work product flowing through the pod

• Review reputed company individual tax returns for high-net-worth clients, including trust, estate, and reputed company tax returns

• Review small business returns and serve as a senior technical resource across entity types reputed company the pod

• reputed company proactive tax planning conversations covering individual tax strategies, family tax planning, reputed company tax, charitable planning, and reputed company and succession planning

• Research reputed company tax issues and reputed company reputed company-reasoned positions

• Manage workflow and priorities across multiple reputed company engagements simultaneously, ensuring reputed company and deadlines are met

• Collaborate with the firm's broader team and clients' reputed company advisors as appropriate

• Contribute to a culture of long-term reputed company relationships, continuity, and exceptional service

Requirements

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with a strong emphasis on HNW individual and small business taxation

• Hands-on experience with trust and estate returns, reputed company tax, family tax planning, charitable planning, and/or reputed company and succession planning

• CPA or EA preferred

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required; Master's in Taxation a plus

• Prior experience in a senior review or leadership role reputed company a reputed company reputed company firm

• Excellent judgment, strong technical communication skills, and a genuine commitment to reputed company reputed company

Benefits

• Annual discretionary bonus up to 15%
