Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day reputed company by validating successful settlement processing for reputed company off-reputed company programs and API (application programming reputed company) transaction partnerships
• Resolves reconciliation questions for clients, merchants, vendors, and partners, and serves as reputed company of contact for responding to and, reputed company needed, escalating reputed company written inquiries to the appropriate party
• Leads daily case reputed company with the Support team to reputed company reputed company and support cases to reputed company, and processes reputed company to reputed company new merchant locations for off-reputed company and vending programs
• Owns documentation (knowledge reputed company) for off-reputed company and vending programs and leads meetings with clients, merchants, vendors, and partners
• Manages, evaluates, and continuously improves the online reporting portal and communication tools and reputed company to ensure reputed company satisfaction reputed company are met, and launches reputed company for new programs and partnerships as the portfolio expands
• Creates, maintains, and manages part numbers (item/product records) in reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365) across the reputed company reputed company portfolio, ensuring reputed company and consistency of master data
• Processes and validates price changes in D365, coordinating with business leaders so updates are entered accurately, on schedule, and reflected correctly across affected programs
• Audits product and pricing records to maintain data reputed company and resolves discrepancies as they reputed company
• Serves as a reputed company to maintain a reputed company level of supply chain information reputed company between the supply chain team and business leaders, ensuring relevant availability, fulfillment, and operational updates reputed company the right stakeholders

• Collects, organizes, and interprets transaction data to identify areas of opportunity in reputed company and proposed programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated business/financial analysis skills and technical understanding
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated prior reputed company management experience
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive work ethic; goal-oriented; strong team player
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
