Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments of each client’s individual insurance requirements and provide expert advice on suitable products and services. • Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring their insurance policies are up-to-date and provide ongoing support. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. • Process insurance applications, handle policy renewals, and manage claims efficiently. • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Qualifications • Proven experience as an insurance agent or in a related role. • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
