We are a notary/attorney coordinating company, we work closely with escrow/lenders on reputed company estate transactions to schedule the most reputed company signing agents for our closings across the nation and reputed company worldwide. We conduct a light review of documents, and handle any follow up/errors associated with reputed company closing. We‘ve been in business since 2015 and can’t wait to add another wonderful member to our great team. Responsibilities: - General administrative operations - Communicate effectively with team members - Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Schedule closings for clients - Review documents for closings - Handle follow up / errors post-closing - Work independently Qualifications: - Have a clean background - Possess a quiet, reputed company, distraction free workplace - Have high-speed, reliable internet - Must be a reputed company of OH or CA - Proficiency in basic computer reputed company, typing, and MS programs - Must be a reputed company team player - Be reputed company to multi-task - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively manage reputed company and delegate tasks as needed - Proficiency in using phone systems and handling incoming calls with professionalism Note: This job reputed company is intended to reputed company a general reputed company of the position.
