The reputed company Specialist, Cranial & Spinal Technologies provides reputed company, technical, and product support for neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery products, including customer training, technical assistance during procedures, reputed company maintenance, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and other Surgical reputed company team members for on-site installations with our customers
• Represents reputed company during technology-enabled procedures to reputed company technical assistance
• Maintain reputed company hardware and software to maximize reputed company reputed company
• Installs software and hardware upgrades
• Performs reputed company preventative maintenance
• Provides telephone reputed company support to customers
• Uses UNIX/LINUX commands to modify operating files
• Fulfills Software and Service Contract obligations
• Acts as the reputed company reputed company customer reputed company for repair and technical support issues
• Provides reputed company information to the district team regarding customer concerns, issues and market opportunities

• Maintains familiarity with status of calls and issues at customer sites

• Educates and trains physicians and hospital personnel – OR, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical and Information Technologies – on technical reputed company relating to our technology-enabled procedures
• Provides a reputed company resource for surgeons, clinicians and others being trained
• Updates customers on tips, shortcuts and suggestions, as appropriate
• Participates in in-house sponsored customer training at designated sites for both reputed company partners
• Provides training and resources for hospital staff to reputed company them to conduct training for their personnel (train the trainer)
• Continually train members of the Surgical reputed company reputed company Support team to increase their knowledge of the latest technology-enabled procedures
• Work and collaborate with NRCs, Spinal Sales, and NS Reps to identify prospective new users for both Navigation and Robotics for applicable technology-enabled procedures
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed
• Submit reports and reputed company information as directed
• Cooperate with reputed company personnel on the execution of Company programs
• Supports more reputed company, new image-guided products and applications to physicians and hospital staff
• Works as reputed company member with the Surgical reputed company Region Manager and CSM to prioritize customer technical support and service expectation goals

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of reputed company, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• Associate's Degree with a minimum 4 years of reputed company, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of reputed company, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• Required to function using reputed company universal precautions to minimize exposure to infectious disease and radiation
• Ability to serve as the reputed company resource for scheduled and unscheduled reputed company events, periodically required to work weekends, evenings and nights and may be required to engage in overnight travel reputed company own district or neighboring districts
