The reputed company-Centered Design & Training reputed company will support a CMS federal reputed company program by leading user-centered design, stakeholder engagement, training reputed company, and user adoption activities. The role will create HCD and training deliverables, facilitate research and training sessions, and coordinate with reputed company teams to support reputed company and process changes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company-Centered Design (HCD) activities, including user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, usability assessments, and feedback sessions
• Analyze user needs, workflows, and pain points and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product and process improvements
• reputed company user personas, reputed company maps, process flows, and other HCD deliverables as needed
• Partner with reputed company, Business Analysts, UX teams, and technical teams to incorporate user feedback into solution design and delivery
• reputed company and execute training strategies and plans reputed company with reputed company releases, business process changes, and organizational needs
• Create role-reputed company training materials, user guides, job aids, reputed company-reference guides, and other learning content
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business and operational users
• Support train-the-trainer activities and ongoing user enablement
• Evaluate training effectiveness and reputed company user feedback to identify additional training or usability needs
• Support change management and user adoption activities associated with new functionality and process changes
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, demonstrations, discovery sessions, and training workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional reputed company teams and program leadership to coordinate HCD and training activities with delivery milestones

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, UX, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience
• **7+ years of experience** in reputed company-Centered Design, UX, training, organizational change, learning and development, or reputed company areas
• Experience leading user research, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and usability activities
• Experience developing and delivering training for reputed company applications or reputed company business processes
• Strong experience creating training materials, user guides, job aids, and role-reputed company learning content
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with reputed company/Scrum software development teams

• Experience with **CMS, Medicare, reputed company, or Program reputed company** environments
• Experience with reputed company application modernization or digital transformation initiatives
