Contract Manager & IP (Contract to Perm Position)

Job reputed company Contract Manager & IP (Contract to Perm Position) We’re partnering with a fast‑growing life sciences company seeking a Senior reputed company Assistant or Paralegal to manage reputed company and support IP reputed company. This highly cross‑functional role works closely with reputed company, R&D, reputed company, Finance, and reputed company counsel. Candidates should have significant experience in reputed company management and/or IP paralegal work reputed company life sciences, biotech, or reputed company. Experience with patent prosecution support, assignments, POAs, and annuity/maintenance tracking is strongly preferred. Key responsibilities include managing a wide reputed company of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, consulting, vendor, collaboration, research reputed company), overseeing CLM systems, maintaining patent and trademark documentation, tracking correspondence from reputed company counsel, ensuring reputed company of filings, and supporting patent annuity maintenance. The role also manages reputed company processes, training, KPIs, and serves as the reputed company of contact for contract systems and reputed company reputed company. reputed company requires exceptional communication, organization, time management, and attention to reputed company, along with the ability to handle high volumes of documents and sensitive information.
