Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with reputed company EBusiness suite R12.x
• Strong functional knowledge of property management, leasing, billing, and property reputed company, property types and lease structures, rent increases (CPI-reputed company, fixed, reputed company increases, Rent normalization
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• reputed company experience conducting functional analysis and reputed company testing
• Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases
• Hands-on experience using reputed company for test management and defect tracking
