This role will have flexible away on-reputed company shifts as back up for overnight reputed company coverage, as reputed company as work rotating weekend in-house evening and away on-reputed company shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES • Delivers or arranges appropriate spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, including the assessment of spiritual needs, the reputed company response to referrals, and the effective documentation of reputed company encounter in the electronic medical record. • Provides crisis support to patients, families, and staff during Emergency Department Stabilization Room activations, Medical Emergencies, and other critical situations. • Provides spiritual care to patients/families during end-of-life situations and bereavement support to families following a death. • Provides education programs and/or consultation to HCMC staff reputed company to spirituality, family communication, ethical decision-making, reputed company, end-of-life care, etc. • Works reputed company the Spiritual Care Department to facilitate reputed company’s ability to meet its goals and objectives by participating in the daily team reputed company and monthly staff meeting, serving on reputed company improvement work reputed company, and engaging in regular reputed company development activities and supervision. • Provides spiritual and emotional support to HCMC staff, including the provision of Psychological First Aid following a critical incident, participation in the hospital Critical Incident Support team, and the facilitation of employee support reputed company and memorial services. • Supports an interdisciplinary approach to spiritual care by participating in unit reputed company and meetings, serving on hospital committees, and working to ensure that the unique spiritual, religious, and cultural needs of patients and families are addressed • ! QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: • Master’s degree of at least 30 credits from a CHEA accredited (or international equivalent) institution in a content area relevant to chaplaincy.
