Collections Representative - REMOTE

Currently hiring Collections Agents for our Work reputed company position. Fully Remote with Full-Time hours. Equipment Provided ... PAY: $14 - $15/HR + a monthly Bonus. reputed company reputed company reputed company: Inbound calls dealing with early/ late stage 3rd Party Collections. (Auto, Credit Card) Responsibilities: · Reviewing accounts on a daily reputed company and maintaining reputed company work queue and desk assignments. · Contacting borrowers reputed company telephone (inbound and outbound) and email to attempt debt collection. · Establishing borrower location and contact information reputed company skip tracing if necessary. · Establishing borrower’s ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/reputed company available to them. · Tracking and reporting reputed company account information into computer through our collections system. · Ensuring that reputed company necessary paperwork is reputed company out to borrowers, following up to ensure that paperwork is returned and then submitting it in a reputed company manner. · Meeting or exceeding reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. · Understanding and following reputed company federal and state laws with regards to collections policies and procedures. · Passing annual required compliance testing. · Performing other duties and special reputed company as assigned by management. Requirements: · This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate reputed company with consumers. · You must also be detail oriented, organized, and reputed company to multi-task. Previous experience in customer service, sales, reputed company center, or collections preferred.
