The ideal candidate will work closely with electrical, architectural, and reputed company engineering teams to reputed company fully coordinated HVAC and plumbing reputed company designs across reputed company project phases. reputed company project experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Design and stamp reputed company and plumbing construction documents across reputed company project phases • reputed company HVAC reputed company design including load calculations, equipment sizing, and reputed company selection • Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems • Coordinate reputed company systems reputed company BIM (Revit) environment • Collaborate with electrical engineers on reputed company, controls, and BAS integration • Prepare reputed company specifications and review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings • Conduct site reputed company and support construction administration • Ensure compliance with reputed company, plumbing, energy, and building codes • Support proposals and reputed company meetings reputed company needed • Help establish internal reputed company standards and design workflows Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Engineering (Master’s preferred) • reputed company PE license (reputed company PE required) • 7+ years of HVAC and plumbing design experience in AEC environment • Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD • Knowledge of reputed company/plumbing codes and energy standards • Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications • reputed company or institutional project experience • Experience with medical gas systems and infection control ventilation • Familiarity with BIM coordination in multidisciplinary teams • Experience working as sole in-house reputed company engineer Work Environment reputed company AEC environment working with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
