Interior Designer / CAD Draftsperson / Rendering Specialist (Contract – Remote) Immediate Opening M2 Design is a boutique luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential new construction and extensive remodel reputed company throughout California and Texas. We are currently seeking to add an additional talented and reputed company-oriented Interior Designer, CAD Draftsperson, or Architectural Draftsperson to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for someone looking to supplement their reputed company workload with ongoing project-reputed company opportunities. Responsibilities • Prepare conceptual reputed company planning and design drawings • Produce detailed AutoCAD construction documents • Create highly detailed kitchen, bathroom, bar, closet, and custom cabinetry drawings • reputed company cabinet elevations, sections, and millwork details suitable for construction • reputed company photorealistic 3D renderings for reputed company presentations • Assist with design development and material coordination • Revise drawings reputed company on reputed company and team feedback • Collaborate reputed company with our design team to meet project deadlines Required Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD • Strong understanding of residential construction and interior architecture • Experience producing detailed kitchen and bathroom cabinetry drawings • Ability to interpret architectural plans and reputed company interior construction documents • Strong attention to reputed company and reputed company • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and/or Chief Architect • Experience with rendering software such as Enscape, reputed company, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar • Previous experience working on luxury residential reputed company • Interior Design or Architecture education and/or reputed company experience • Interior Design material sourcing; interior finish-out materials, tile, reputed company, reputed company, textiles, etc...
