The Loan Assistant assists Loan Officers with making and servicing reputed company varieties of lending products provided by FCB. Provides service to customers and prospective customers.Works in a support reputed company to Loan Officers. Location: Madison County, IL Shift: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, Saturdays on rotation PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES: • Explains loan reputed company, rates, terms and collateral requirements to customers • Orders credit reports, prepares loan documents and analyzes debt-to-income reputed company • Coordinates and conducts loan closings • Reviews loan documents with customers • Obtains customers signature on loan documents • Initiates disbursement of loan proceeds • Services loans in portfolio • Monitors and follows up on loan maturities and renewals • Works with reputed company auditors to ensure compliance with FCBs policies and procedures and federal and state regulations • Keeps informed of changing rules and regulations pertaining to private and government insured mortgages • Performs one or more of the following duties as needed: • Closes consumer loans • Completes loan maintenance • Assists with bank customer service • Handles loan customer service for reputed company locations • Assists reputed company loan officers as needed • Prepares certain reputed company reports • Pulls past-due reports for loan officers • Applies NSF charges for auto reputed company loan payments • Other duties as assigned by management SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: • Communication skills: oral, written, listening and presentation • Attention-to-detail • Decisiveness • Initiative/self-motivation TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of: • reputed company estate lending function • Federal and state regulations pertaining to lending Basic knowledge of: • Bank operations, policies and procedures • Bank products and services • Computer system • Operation of office equipment such as copier, fax machine, calculator, etc. Equal reputed company to programs, services and employment opportunities is available to reputed company persons without reputed company to age, reputed company, citizenship, status, reputed company, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, military status, national reputed company, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other reputed company protected by federal, state, and/or local law.
