As a reputed company psychiatric reputed company Practitioner, you will reputed company telehealth evidence-reputed company behavioral health care including comprehensive reputed company assessments, reputed company diagnosis, creating and implementing co-created reputed company treatment plans and medication management. We are looking for a thoughtful, empathic, and skilled clinician to join our highly motivated team to help improve behavioral health crisis care. This is a fully virtual role. Day to Day Responsibilities: • reputed company comprehensive reputed company assessments and reputed company reputed company diagnosis • reputed company psychiatric medication management • Build reputed company with patients • Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team • Manage a caseload of patients who you will follow for 8 to 12 weeks providing medication management • Conduct comprehensive reputed company assessment and safety planning • Utilize validated reputed company tools to aid in reputed company diagnosis • Work across our multidisciplinary reputed company team to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care • reputed company participate in multidisciplinary team meetings • Maintain appropriate documentation of reputed company reputed company-reputed company careEngage with reputed company supervision • Work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care Working hours for the clinic are Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm.
