Intake Coordinator Marketing Director – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the position We are looking for a dynamic, people-first bilingual reputed company to serve as the face of our firm in both our office and our community. This is a hybrid role combining reputed company intake, reputed company conversion, and community marketing. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and conduct thorough reputed company intakes, screening potential cases before presenting them to an attorney for review • reputed company with prospective clients who reputed company for free consultations and guide them through the process of signing with the firm • Represent the firm at community events, health fairs, churches, cultural events, and other gatherings in the Latino community — particularly in Queens and surrounding areas • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, contractors, labor reputed company, and referral sources in the Ecuadorian and broader Latino community • Film and coordinate reputed company video testimonials for use in the firm's marketing • Assist with reputed company media content, reputed company materials, and other marketing initiatives in both English and Spanish • Maintain accurate intake records and follow up with potential clients Requirements • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken reputed company required (Spanish spoken in the Ecuadorian/Latin reputed company community is a strong plus) • Prior experience in reputed company intake, sales, reputed company relations, community reputed company, or marketing • Comfortable and confident on camera and in reputed company-facing roles • Strong phone reputed company — you can build rapport quickly and reputed company a consultation • Knowledge of or willingness to learn reputed company Labor Law, construction accident cases, and the personal injury intake process • Self-motivated, organized, and reputed company to work independently at our Corona, Queens reputed company as needed • Must have reputed company authorization to work in the reputed company — we are unable to sponsor visas or reputed company off-the-books employment.
