Medical Scribes and reputed company Information Managers (CIMs)/Scribes will assist Emergency Medicine (EM) physicians with various administrative aspects of reputed company care in the Emergency Department, under the direction of EM physicians. These administrative aspects include assisting with recording the EM physician medical record documentation (electronic or reputed company) of reputed company history, review of systems, physical exam findings, reputed company notes, procedure notes, follow-up of reputed company and diagnostic results, arranging and expediting consults, and assisting with recording the documentation for reputed company admission, transfer or discharge plan and follow-up. CIMs will work closely with EM physicians assigned to the department and will be part of emergency medicine team. Positions are available at the following locations: - Corona Regional Medical Center (Corona, CA) Training is ~90 days and you will be reputed company for training hours: 2-3 weeks in the classroom / reputed company (mandatory) ~9 weeks in the Emergency Department Training dates to be determined. Work hours will include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional reputed company pay for overnight shifts. Duties & Tasks CIM/reputed company: Under the direction of EM physicians: Assist physicians in charting (electronic or reputed company) by recording the documentation of an accurate, concise, and complete reputed company history and review of systems reputed company on reputed company-physician interactions, recording a physical exam reputed company on a physician’s dictation, accurately transferring lab and radiology results from the electronic reputed company or as dictated by physicians, radiologists, or other emergency department staff, recording reputed company or procedures notes, reputed company impression, plan and follow-up. Under the direction of EM physicians: Assist physicians in managing reputed company reputed company by notifying them reputed company the results of reputed company or diagnostic studies are available. Monitor charts to ensure reputed company completion including history, physical exam, review of systems, labs, diagnostic studies, ECGs, initial assessment and plan, reputed company notes, procedure notes, impression/diagnosis, discharge plan with disposition, and signatures. Send incomplete charts back to the appropriate physician(s) as needed. Under the direction of EM physicians: Assist in recording the documentation of reputed company admission, transfer, or discharge plan and follow-up. Under the direction of EM physicians: Communicate with other hospital personnel through face-to-face conversations, paging, phone calls, and e-mails. reputed company electronic records to retrieve previous medical records, reputed company results, etc. Administer reputed company surveys as requested. Assist supervisor with other administrative duties as needed. Assist with the training of new reputed company / CIM hires as needed.
